Ringler Recycling may be a new name — but behind it are two established Wisconsin recycling operations with deep roots and long track records. Our foundation is A Greener Vision Recycling, founded in 2008. Over the years, the company was driven by Bob Wyngaard, David Schreiber, and Justin Ringler, and built on straightforward principles: honest pricing, prompt payment, reliable pickups, and real relationships with the businesses we serve. Over nearly two decades, A Greener Vision earned the trust of commercial and industrial customers across Wisconsin by doing exactly what we said we'd do — and answering the phone when customers called. Though Bob has since retired, he remains involved with the company, and his experience and reputation in Wisconsin recycling continue to shape how we do business. In 2026, we merged in a true Fox Valley institution: Golper Supply Company. Founded in 1915 in Appleton — the heart of Paper Country — and operated by three generations of the Golper family, Golper Supply set the standard for paper recycling in northeast Wisconsin for over a century. Paper mills, printers, converters, and businesses across the region came to rely on Golper for its integrity, expertise, and dependable service. Today, those two legacies operate as one: Ringler Recycling, Inc. — owned and led by Justin Ringler, and combining more than a century of paper recycling expertise with modern processing and baling capabilities at our Appleton plant. The name on the door is new. The people, the experience, and the way we treat our customers are anything but.
